Peacock Inn Bakewell is a traditional coaching Inn lovingly restored, offering a wide range of homemade dishes, from the main menu to the daily blackboard menu.

The style of cooking places great emphasis on pub classics, some regional favourites and rustic French dishes using locally sourced ingredients.

From homemade Krahi Curry with fresh Naan, homemade Faggots, homemade Burgers, slow braised Ox Cheek, Steak and Hartington pie, Navarin of  Bakewell Lamb to our “Steak on the Stone“ as well as our famous Ploughmans and Local Homity Pie, there’s something for everyone!

Peacock Inn’s traditional Sunday Lunch is the perfect place and an ideal opportunity to relax with friends and family. We offer a choice of traditional roasts from our farming suppliers, freshly baked Yorkshire Pudding, fresh seasonal vegetables and Homemade Desserts.

Children’s menu is available all day with mini portions of dry cured Gammon, mini fresh Cod and Chips, Chicken Burger, Fresh pasta to name a few of the options.
